A Trip Down Memory Lane.

A view of Bristol.

A view of Bristol.
Last Monday was Grandsons Riley and Neyo's birthdays. Also if Dai's father was still alive he would have been 97 years old on the very same day.
Therefore last Sunday we decided to take flowers up to the Crematorium South in Bristol UK which is where Dai grew up.
The day was very cold and there were a few snow flurries but this mattered not as we had a great day. I know that Dai felt very nostalgic and I took as many photos as I could. I hope you enjoy.

The day so misty
In the distance is the bridge
Such a great landmark.

A gem which caught my eye.

This little Scottie so cute
Simple but clever.

I hope you all enjoyed our day out in Bristol ;we are going to return when the weather is nicer and explore further .
Also it wasn't the best of days to take photos as there was a mist all around ; but nonetheless we had a brilliant day.
Take care and enjoy your day to one and all.

You'll Never Walk Alone.

Today my chosen song is most definitely one of my favourites ;"You'll Never Walk Alone" fills my heart with wondrous and deep emotions !!!

Freeverse:My niche,my place,my haven.

I sat back and listened and the emotions flowed like a silken river thread; each bend rounded;each joy magnetised and happiness swelling to the heavens above !!!

I have found my niche;my place,my haven.
As our heads we hold high
we need never fear.
The storm will pass
skies so golden
a bird's song so sweet
Dreams to be fulfilled
The wind and rain
cease to dominate
skies so golden win their day.
Battles diminish
victors embrace;
take your place
to receive
your deserved prize,
a heart and soul
full of
hope
faith
strength
and
my friend.
A person whole
a new world to explore!!
"You'll never walk alone."

Each day brings sunshine;each week new lessons digested ,each month a new era evolves;each year a healing ,slowly gently and everlasting.

Rictameter: Believe.

Believe
Yes in yourself
You'll never walk alone
Mother Nature's kingdom awaits
Your eager heart flies in sweet rendition
A love bathed in sweet innocence
A soul so sweetly blessed
So beautiful

Rhymes:Allow your heart to share.

The mountains so high
So wondrous a tone
As feathered friends sing
You'll never walk alone!
x
Each forest filled with magic
You feel so at home
Rest now in sweet slumber
You'll never walk alone.
x
Allow your heart to choose
Allow your thoughts to roam
Allow that sunshine through
You'll never walk alone.
x

I will always love you
The truth I've always known.
Trust in me forever
You'll never walk alone.

Life's Golden Path

Life's golden path invites
Life's lessons still implore
Life's message is for all
Life's beauty to the core
x
As all the birds are singing
As all find a love so dear
As all rainbows find their gold
As all dreams become clear.

I know today I'm loved
I know today you care.
I know today I can trust
I know today I'll dare.

Acrostic:You'll Never Walk Alone.

Yes my love soars high
Over mountains and dales.
Under the beauty of the rainbow
Learning new lessons
Loving and caring.
x
New days are approaching
Every cloud finds a lining so silver
Very dear is the message
Everyone finds their dream
Rich and wondrous world.
x
Winter turn to springtime
All through blizzards and storms
Love so dear so cherished
Knowing each heart is true
x
Always live with a rich open heart
Love will surely find its way
Over each obstacle lies a treasure
New days so magnetised
Eternal sweet love has found its way.
